Boat Licences
We welcome all canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and small craft to our canal at Loxwood, West Sussex. To avoid congestion please give us some warning of your visit, especially if you are a club and are intending to bring a number of canoes. The map shows where you can park and board safely. Please use care and portage around locks.

Please Note. The first trip boat crew training session will take place on Saturday 4th March 2017. We will be starting about 0830, and as usual facilitating a classroom based session aboard WH before going down the canal mid-morning. We will have 10 new volunteers with us on the day and are likely to conclude about 1600hrs. This may interfere with canoeing activities on that day. Please check before departing for Loxwood.

Licences We offer an annual licence for £15 or a day licence at £5. Free to BCU members. Licences can be purchased online using credit or debit cards Here.

Before booking please check the Boat Licence Conditions.

Please call into our Canal Centre at Loxwood (situated behind the Onslow Arms) to check-in and they will be able to update you on the day’s activities. Their opening times are shown on the website. If you can, we would appreciate advance warning by emailing rallies@weyandarun.co.uk especially if it is a busy day on the canal.

If you are a small boat and wish to visit the canal, please email rallies@weyandarun.co.uk and book a slot on our landing stage.

We especially welcome scout groups and group rates are available. Please contact rallies@weyandarun.co.uk for further information.
